By accessing or using junkdna.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Website Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the public-facing website only; your use of the JunkDNA.AI platform itself is governed by the separate Platform Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, (b) use automated means (other than well-behaved AI crawlers obeying robots.txt) to scrape or harvest data, (c) interfere with the Site's operation, or (d) use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited communications.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying source code — is the property of JunkDNA AI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. All other use requires written permission.

4. Patents

JunkDNA AI, Inc. has filed 42 patents covering its identity-propagation technology, including Non-Provisional Utility and PCT filings as of April 14, 2026. Nothing on the Site grants any license under any JunkDNA AI patent.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. JunkDNA AI is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." JunkDNA AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkDNA AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
