Acceptance of the Terms of Service

These terms of service are entered into by and between you and JunkDNA AI, Inc. ("JunkDNA.AI", "Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cloud-based personal data management platform at https://www.junkdna.ai/ (the "Platform") and related content, features, and services.

By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Platform Privacy Notice. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

Account Registration and Security

To access the Platform, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Data Processing and AI Usage

By using our Platform, you understand and agree that:

• You grant us necessary permissions to communicate with institutions on your behalf

Subscription Terms and Payment

Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. Payment terms:

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its AI technologies and blockchain implementations, is protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that:

• AI-powered updates will be error-free
• Institutions will process updates immediately
• Services will be uninterrupted
• Data synchronization will be instantaneous

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNKDNA.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
